Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. There is exactly one paid item in Yapzy; everything else is free.

Free

No payment, no trial period and no card required for any of this:

• Random voice calls with other learners, unlimited within fair-use limits
• Friends, friend calls and text chat
• Conversation starters, daily challenges, streaks and practice slots
• Your first AI speaking reports, as a free trial allowance on your account

Paid

An AI speaking report analyses a practice recording you make on your own in AI Mode and returns a written assessment — speaking rate, filler-word density, vocabulary range, your longest unbroken stretch of speech, and specific corrections for sentences you said.

This is not a subscription

• Nothing auto-renews. A pack is bought once. We do not store your card, we do not set up a mandate, and you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another pack.
• Reports do not expire. Reports credited to your account stay there until you use them.
• The price is set by our server. The amount charged is always ₹29 per pack and is never taken from the app or from the browser, so it cannot be altered in transit.

How payment works

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or any other method Razorpay offers you at checkout. Yapzy never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials — those are entered on Razorpay's own secure checkout.

Your 3 reports are credited to your account automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, which is normally within a few seconds. See the Delivery Policy for what happens if that is delayed.

Price changes

If the price of a pack changes, the new price applies only to purchases made after the change. Packs you have already bought, and reports already credited to your account, are unaffected.

Refunds

See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for when a purchase can be refunded and how long it takes.
